Small lake Javorské jezero stretches behind the lower moraine mound on the north slope of mountain Malý Javor at a height of 925 metres. It is of glacial origin and covers an area of 2,7 ha. Its depth is 7,3 metres. It is surrounded by a sea of Šumava forests.
